We identify high-quality niche technologies—primarily Japanese technologies related to infrastructure sectors such as healthcare, renewable energy, and construction—and expand our business across Asia through licensing. We are also committed to preserving and passing on the advanced technologies of Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises that are at risk of becoming obsolete due to Japan’s declining and aging population.

We primarily engage in real estate investment for the purpose of real estate development in regions where our group companies have business bases.Specifically, these include the resort area in Kandy, Sri Lanka; an upscale residential district in the suburbs of Colombo, Sri Lanka; and Limbang, Malaysia (a region adjacent to the border with Brunei).

Our company and its group companies own approximately 10,580 square meters of land in Kandy, Colombo, and other locations, as well as approximately 100 acres (404,686 square meters) in Limbang, and we conduct real estate development jointly with our group companies.

In addition, under a licensed secondhand dealer permit, we engage in the buying and selling of used manufacturing equipment as well as gold, jewelry, and other valuables, and we also carry out proprietary asset management activities.
